Artwork must be submitted as .eps,.ai, or pdf.

Note: The quality of your artwork will have a direct impact on the quality of the imprint. Our factory cannot imprint halftones, screens, or shadows. The factory is not responsible for the receipt of electronic files or email delays. Customer service must be informed of and revisions in artwork. The factory is not responsible for illegible handwritten copy.

Prime Concepts reserves the right to use any art work produced for any order in future catalogs, on display, or in any other publication or forum unless use of such art work is denied in advance and in writing by customer.

Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PDF files.

If artwork is submitted in some other format than what is listed above, Art Charges may apply. We will advise the customer of any necessary changes or alterations to the file. All edited art work will be charged at $65.00/hour.

Phone Orders:

Will not be accepted. All orders must be sent via Fax, E-mail or US Mail

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charge plus all additional costs for all materials and work done on the order up to the cancellation date will be billed to customer. All cancellations or changes to orders must be submitted in writing.

Distributor Enclosures

If we are provided with these materials we are happy to include in the shipment at no additional charge to the distributor.

Ex-works/F.O.B.

All shipments are Ex-works Denver, Colorado

Foreign Shipments

We can ship products F.O.B. from our International locations please inquiry.

Guarantee/Warranty

We will warrant the quality and performance of all products to the direct purchaser only. The product warranty is limited to the quality, performance, and defects of any product. Any product supplied by us is not for use by children or animals. Our product is intended for promotional use only. In the event where our products are defective in material or workmanship, the product will be replaced or refunded under our sole discretion. Any such claims must be made to us in writing within 15 days of shipment date. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount only.

Less than Minimum Charges

We will accept less than minimum orders and will charge 5% above first column pricing.

Order Acknowledgement Procedure

All purchase orders will be confirmed by fax, phone or email.

Over/Under Run Policy

On imprinted orders we reserve the right to over/under run quantity by 5%. Exact quantity specification orders will be subject to a $5 net charge.

Proof Policy

All orders will require an approved paper proof, virtual sample or pre production proof.
Faxed Paper proof/Virtual Sample-$15.00(v). Once approved by the customer we are no longer responsible for mistakes on the approved artwork

Pre-Production Proof

$25.00(v) per color plus art, set up charges, cost of product and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Revisions on proof will be charged as new proof and could include additional art charges. Total imprint/design responsibility lies with buyer when a proof is approved. Production time begins after proof approval.

Repeat Orders

We will keep screens/plates for up to 3 years after original order date. Please include previous purchase order number and note there will be $20.00(v) screen/plate charges unless there are changes/alterations to artwork.

Returned Merchandise

We must authorize merchandise for return and product must be returned in the original packaging with all instructions and appro
priate materials included.

Production Time:

4-10 days is our standard production time. Production time will begin upon receipt of payment or credit approval. Prime Concepts reserves the right to increase or decrease production time. Prime Concepts will inform customer of any delays in productions times.

Credit Card Payments:

All credit card payments will include a 2% processing fee unless otherwise waived.

Rush Orders

An additional 25% will be charged on the column pricing for all rush orders.

Set Up Charges

Standard set up charges for all jobs are $45.00(v), and includes one color one location imprint.
Repeat order set up charge is: $20.00(v). There is a running charge of $0.25(v) per piece for each additional location on color.

Samples Shipment

All customer requests for samples will require pre-payment of shipping charges by customer. Charges may apply for cost of sample depending on item and quantity ordered. We offer a sample charge rebate when a purchase order is generated from the sample. Please indicate on your purchase order that you are entitled to your sample rebate.

Shipping Methods

All prices shown on catalog are F.O.B. Denver, Colorado. All postage, shipping and handling fees will be added to product invoice. Customer can specify ship method and in hands date on purchase order. If no ship method is advised goods will be sent UPS or Federal Express to meet customers in hands date. Title for goods is passed to buyer at F .O.B. point and all goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. We do not insure on time delivery or safe carriage of goods. All recourse rests exclusively with the transportation company. A handling charge of $2.00 per box will be added into shipping charges.

Split Shipments

Shipments with different dates or to different locations can be arranged with factory prior to production. All labels for split or drop shipments must be provided by customer. An additional $3.00 will be charged per location.

Standard Imprint Colors

Below are our standard imprint colors. There is a PMS color match of $40(v) per additional color. Note: The colors of items shown in the catalog might not be identical to the item received due to catalog printing and photography. Random Samples are available for approval if color match is critical. Products may also vary slightly due to manufacturing lots, thus we can guarantee exact color matching on ensuing orders. Also PMS color matching may differ slightly from product to product due to color and material of said product.
